French tattoo artist and model Anthony Loffredo, known for his dramatic transformation into the “Black Alien,” has stunned fans by posting a rare photo of himself before his extreme body modifications.
Now famous for removing his nose, ears, top lip, and even fingers—and reportedly considering a leg amputation—Loffredo’s journey has sparked intense debate online. While some fans praise his bold identity, others mourn the “handsome” man he once was.
“You were already beautiful,” one commenter wrote. Another added, “You look way cooler now.”
Despite the attention, Loffredo admits his transformation hasn’t come without hardship. In interviews, he’s spoken about being turned away from restaurant terraces and struggling to find work. “It’s a fight every day,” he said on the Club 113 podcast. “There’s a dark side.”
Still, he insists he’s just a regular person—with a job, a family, and dreams. He’s even hinted at more changes, including visions of replacing his skin with metal.
Reflecting on his transformation, Loffredo shared a side-by-side photo from ages 25 to 35, writing:
“Men call me crazy, but science has not yet taught us whether madness is the sublime of intelligence.”
Despite everything, he says one thing hasn’t changed: “Same heart. Same person. Just not my real body.”
